Co***ny full operation began in September 2005, the existing staff of nearly 210 people. In February 2007, Nistronics was proved to be OEM supplier for Japan Nissei Electronic Co., Ltd; In August 2007, Nistronics Electronic and Japan Nissei Electronic Co., Ltd had set up Jiangxi Nissei Electronic Co., Ltd, the site is located in the Nistronics factory area. In May 2009, Nistronics become "Nissei" brand in China,the only domestic producer of the metallized film capacitor (factory code "3").

In August 2008, the co***ny's research institute was approved as Yichun film capacitor engineering technology research center.
